If you own a valid driving license, you can drive any motor vehicle
that has been registered with the RTO, anywhere in India.
Most drivers and car owners in India bother to know just this much
and driving a car is - dodging pot holes and other vehicles in traffic,

is mainly limited to avoiding inconvenience caused by the traffic
police (RTO) officer and the dreaded sound of their whistle.
