Dear Sir

We are in receipt of your mail with the noting to put this report up, of Mr
Hradyesh Namdeo on your esteemed site. We thank you for informing us.

You have asked a question to Mr Namdeo " What is wrong with the Bike ? ".
This really is the problem. After the first complaint, which was
immediately attended to, he has not been able to or does not want to say what is the problem, except writing letters of this kind and articles now.
We have made all efforts to find out his problems, which he is not informing in actionable terms, has not visited the dealer or responded to the attempts made by our dealer to satisfy him, and is of course not responding to our attempts to fix an appointment with him to understand his problems.
His communication to us has been that the company must give in writing that, if he faces a problem in the future, then the company must pay him a compensation of Rs 30,000 odd + Vehicle cost etc. !!

In view of the gist above, hope you will appreciate that this is the attempt of a person to coerce the company unjustly. We assure that we satisfy all our customers and this case was no exception. WE HENCE REQUEST YOU NOT TO PUT THIS UP IN YOUR ESTEEMED SITE, SINCE THIS IS NOT TRUE AND
GIVING PUBLICITY TO SUCH FALSE ALLEGATIONS IS NOT GOING TO HELP THE CAUSE OF THE CUSTOMERS.

If you need any further information regarding this please let me or my colleague heading Service, Mr G Hari Kumar know.

Thanking you and with regards
G Shankar
