FOLLOWING the recent successful launch of new Fiat Siena in Bangalore, Fiat Auto has rolled out three versions of the new offering in Hyderabad.
Three versions of Fiat Sienna — EX, EL and ELX based on the company's 178 platform - - are now on offer at Anuroop Auto. The company is expected to roll out the high-end Siena Maestro shortly after it gets a new look by designer Giorgio Giugiaro, according to Anuroop Auto Managing Director, Mr Gupta.
Fiat has registered impressive sales in April 2002, of about 4,203 units as compared to just 501 units in April last year and 4,003 in March 2002.
The introduction of Palio has helped Fiat India to increase its monthly market share from 1.3 per cent to about 10 per cent in April.
To increase the reach, Fiat has scaled up its dealership from 51 to 62 and by the end of the year, it expects to touch the 75-mark across the country.
To ensure after-sales service, Fiat has 100 service points operating across the country. This is likely to be increased to 150 by the end of the year. |
